FBKA will hold your personal data only with the consent given by you in your membership application and annual membership renewal form. That data will be held securely for the purpose of recording your membership and providing members' services.

Data will not be disclosed to any third party other than for the limited purposes to which you consent in the membership form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time to retention of personal data or release of data to third parties. Should you wish to withdraw your consent, request a copy of data held, amend that data or complain about our use of that data, please notify the Secretary who will respond within one month.
